Of course, the replicated image is quite far from reality – at present, 90% of all motorcycle clubs participate in charitable projects, operate openly and transparently. Despite this, many still treat them with apprehension. There is no smoke without fire, and today we will talk about real dangerous motorcycle clubs that existed at different times.
10th place: Highwaymen MC
Began in 1954 in Michigan. Branches are located in Norway, the United States and the United Kingdom.
More than half a century ago, the club was an extremely dangerous organization. The “backbone” of the community were veterans of the Second World War. After the hostilities, they were never able to adapt to civilian life, so they were engaged in car theft, armed raids, even murders.
The whole of Detroit lived in fear of such a dangerous neighbor, but the police regularly raided, sending Highwaymen MC members to jail. The club did not particularly check the newcomers for reliability, thanks to this, the FBI was able to penetrate the community undercover. After doing brilliant internal work, 10 years ago, about 40 members of the motoclub were imprisoned for various periods.
9th place: Gypsy Joker MC
Registered in 1956 (California). Branches are located in Norway, the United States and Australia.
Club members have repeatedly been involved in crimes of varying severity: robbery, fraud, raids, complicity in prostitution, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs. One of the most serious crimes is the murder of a retired detective. So, the club members avenged the death of their brother, although they could not prove the connection between the detective and the deceased.
The Gypsy Jokers are considered the most dangerous and most influential motoclub in Australia.
8th place: Sons of Silence
Established in 1966 (Colorado). Branches are located in Germany and the United States.
Despite the tempting name, the “Sons of Silence” are involved in quite high-profile cases: car thefts, raids, robberies, murders, possession and sale of narcotic drugs. In 1999 over 50 members of the motoclub were arrested – this was the biggest loss for the club. The reason for this is the carelessness of the participants, as a result of which the police entered the group. It was they who were able to eventually uncover the entire criminal network.
7th place: Warlocks MC
Established in 1967 (Florida). Branches are located in Germany, the United States and Canada.
Gang members have been repeatedly prosecuted for possession/distribution of weapons and drugs. Bikers have an ambiguous reputation. “Protection” of dealers causes contempt in many motorcycle clubs. At the same time, the participants show unjustified cruelty towards the police or the heads of other communities. All this makes members of other gangs stay away from them.
6th place: Mongols MC
Established in 1969 (California). Branches are located in Italy, States, Mexico, Singapore, Australia and Canada.
Despite the maximally “closed” nature of the motorcycle club, 47 members were arrested in 1999. And all thanks to the embedded agent, who was a member for 2 years (!) and even successfully moved up the career ladder, becoming a treasurer.
Members of the club take on almost any illegal business. A few years ago, the motorcycle club was embroiled in a brutal and bloody massacre with the Mexican mafia. This case, multiplied by the mass detention of Mongols MC members, hit the organization’s image hard. The US court banned the use of club symbols, but after a while this decision was canceled.
5th place: Pagan’s MC
Founded in 1959 (Maryland). There are no departments.
To get into the club, you must pass a tough selection and meet a number of requirements – at least 21 years of age, your own Harley-Davidson of at least 900 cubic meters and at least one crime behind your shoulders.
Internal control and discipline are strict. The club completely abandoned branches in other countries in order to strengthen internal oversight. According to rumors, the participants are incredibly “friendly” with the Italian mafioso, which allows numerous crimes to be left without punishment – theft, robbery, raids, beatings, murders.
4th place: Vagos MC
Established in 1965 (California). Branches in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.
Members of the group are involved in a number of serious crimes – fraud, raids, murders, car thefts. The regulars of the community call themselves Psychos and consist in most cases of Hispanics. The police entered the very lair several times under the guise of new members and claims that Vagos MC practically do not disdain any crimes.
3rd place: Bandidos MC
Began work in 1966 (Texas). Branches in the United States, Australia, Costa Rica, CIS countries.
The community distinguished itself by participating in the Northern War, where an active struggle for the division of spheres of influence with the Hells Angels motorcycle club unfolded. During the confrontation, 13 participants died, and 90 people were injured of varying severity.
The confrontation went so far that anti-tank weapons were used. After a while, the parties came to an agreement and even made peace in front of television cameras. The head of the community was sentenced to life imprisonment.
2nd place: Hells Angels MC
Established in 1948 (California). Branches are scattered all over the world.
This is one of the most famous clubs among those listed in this article. Participants are seen in robberies, extortion, raids, fraudulent cases, money laundering operations and other serious crimes.
The created appearance of openness and wide distribution around the world allows participants to turn dangerous frauds, covering up all violations of the law with a mask of popularity.
1st place: Outlaws MC
Established in 1935 (Illinois). Branches are fixed in Thailand, Russia, Sweden and other countries.
Not the most famous club from the list above, but extremely dangerous. The founder of the community is a person who is actively hunted by the entire police of the United States almost 90 years.
Possession/distribution of weapons and drugs are the most common reasons for delaying participants. In addition, they do not disdain theft, fraud, raids and extortion.
